Boya Clip-On Lavalier Microphone BY-M2 For iOS

The Boya Clip-on Lavalier Microphone BY-M2 for iOS is an omnidirectional, multi-purpose tie-play microphone with Lightning adapter. It captures sound in high quality, making it an ideal accessory for interviews, vlogs and presentations, both indoors and out and about. The microphone can be easily attached to the collar of your garment.

The microphone has an omnidirectional directional characteristic. This means that sounds from all directions of the microphone are recorded. The signal-to-noise ratio of 76dB ensures that a lot of noise in the recording is filtered out. In addition, you can use the included windscreen so that unwanted noises such as wind are not recorded. A 6-metre cable is attached to the microphone, allowing you to record from a greater distance from your device. The 3.5mm TRS to Lightning adapter cable (Apple MFi certified) allows you to connect the microphone to the Lightning port on your iOS device. This adapter makes the BY-M2 multi-purpose, because it allows you to connect other microphones and accessories with TRS output to your iOS device (for example the BY-RX8 and BY-MM1).

The power is automatically supplied when you connect the microphone to an iOS device. This means that you do not need any batteries. You can take it all with you safely and easily in the included storage pouch.

Usage Boya Clip-On Lavalier Microphone BY-M2 for iOS

You can use the BY-M2 with all apps that normally use the internal microphone of your iPhone or iPad. Think of the standard camera app or Dictaphone app. To use the microphone, place the windscreen on the microphone and attach it to your clothing using the clip. Then attach the lavalier microphone to the Lightning adapter. Finally, plug the adapter into your iOS device and start the desired app to capture your recording.
