A softbox umbrella (brolley) can easily be brought along on location and is the low-priced alternative for a softbox. A softbox is more difficult to bring along on location and damages more easily. A softbox umbrella however is quickly unfoldable, less vulnerable and fits on almost any flash unit. This softbox umbrella has to be mounted in the umbrella mount of the flash unit and has a black colored outside and a diffuse white colored (transparent) inside. Suitable for indirect/reflecting light.
